Derik – 7 year old male German Shepherd
This is Derik and he is a 7 year old male German Shepherd, who is looking for a new home due to being abandoned. He is good with other dogs and is waiting to be assessed with cats. He could live with children of aged 8 or older, as long as younger children are used to dogs. He will need an owner who has owned dogs before, are fully aware of the hard work and commitment involved in caring for a dog and have fully researched the breed type. He will need to go to training classes and will need a minimum of one hour of off lead exercise daily in a park or open space.
